Check out this incredible MOC by Blake- the M:Tron Magnet Factory. It’s based on the LEGO M:Tron series from 1990-1993. He’s been working on it for a long time and giving us tiny previews here and there. Now we finally get to see it in all its glory.
We were wondering why he was always talking about needing red, tan, and old light gray.
Here’s what Blake has to say about it:
“This manufacturing facility on M:Tron Corporation’s remote home world manufactures the magnet boxes that the brave M:Tron astronauts use to harvest trans-neon-green elements. Built over 2 years, this model took an estimated 3,000 hours to create. The base is 40 x 60 inches, or 128 x 192 studs. I estimate that it contains about 100,000 pieces.
This model was first revealed at Brickfair Virginia, 2014.”
This little number won the Brickee award for Best Space at Brickfair! Congratulations, Blake!
